New Broadcasting Influencer: Voice into VR
During the program, the virtual character used fluent Taiwanese, which was rare since the main languages used by VTubers are Mandarin Chinese and Japanese. She added local touch which many audiences felt friendly. Through charms and magnetic voice of the radio DJ, the program was live-streamed with conversation, singing and dancing with the virtual character. At the same time, sign language translation and real-time messages in the chatroom were shared on the same screen to broadcast traffic information and new traffic laws. This innovative program has successfully
appealed to the younger generation and minority groups to achieve broadcasting equality. It has also received high approval from the top management and the highlight video clip is shared on the official website of the Ministry of The Interior.
