2023 Taipei New Year's Eve Party
On December 28th, 2022, 5G XR Mobile Stage was stationed for 3 and half days at the Taipei City Hall Front Plaza in preparation for the “2023 Taipei New Year’s Eve Party”. The event was successfully held from 7 pm on December 31st to 1 am on January 1st. The stage set-up was similar to that of The Major Six back in October, with the main and sub-stage in different locations but performing together.
For hardware, 3 LED walls were connected, using the virtual production platform to circulate 3 virtual scenes in very different styles to match with singing, hosting, and other segments, adding technological highlights for the event. For the opening act, the singer made the entry within the all-silver-white virtual space. The illusional and graceful aura took people’s breath away.
Improved robot arm camera provided wider angle camera work and more precise location information besides automated scheduled set-up, which enabled rich and diversified performances. XR Mobile Stage brought a high-spec virtual production visual feast for all on-site, online, and TV audiences to welcome the arrival of beautiful 2023 together.
